Hip Pain = Rest
So since I'm having some pain while merely walking today I decided early on that I was just going to take the day to rest. Hopefully I'll be restored by Saturday and if not, fingers crossed I can just run through it! I'm already getting jittery thinking about it! I have tomorrow to prepare and I'm going to make sure I do a lot of stretching and hopefully wifey will do some massaging as well :) So since I probably won't post again until after the race...wish me luck!! My goal is under 32 minutes!!
