See Bel Run: The Ups & Downs of a Sometimes Runner

I am not a runner. When I was 5 years old I was diagnosed with pretty severe asthma and it limited my physical activities for most of my life. As an adult I made a few life changes and my asthma became almost non-existent. So I set a goal - to run a 5K. I used a program called "From The Couch to 5K" and I was pretty successful. The first portion of this blog is that story. Currently, I am dealing with Long COVID and trying to get back in shape.
Welcome to my journey!

The Short, Short Version

I ran 2 miles.  I hated it.  I didn't die.

The end.
